Refinancing with Team PMC the loan officer and then Ron Blade, Ryan Boseman as processors makes for an amazing customer experience! For that reason, I have done my last three mortgage loans with Team PMC LLC. I always perceived they were handling my loans in the same manner they would have wanted their own loans managed! They kept my loan process moving in an exemplary manner from beginning to end, always giving me daily updates and exhibiting “customer first” attitudes. I was highly impressed as well with the exemplary teamwork exhibited by each of them throughout the process! Furthermore, they always had friendly attitudes, while being patient and respectful with me, even when I asked a multitude of questions! Lastly, I could tell they have an in-depth knowledge of the whole mortgage loan process, too, which gave me peace of mind every time. This is something any customer finds a must and is sometimes hard to find! I would definitely return (as I have twice now) to work with these gentlemen and vow to recommend them to friends and family in the future as I have done before. I can’t thank them enough for their true professionalism!
