This is the 3rd home I have purchased through Team PMC. It doesn’t matter who my friends recommend to me, she always beats their rates. Team PMC sends me text alerts, emails, and stays on top of everything. She explains the “why ” behind certain things which I like. On my 2nd home, I asked another lender what my rate would be if I locked it in. He took 2 days to respond and said it would be between (x and y). I text Team PMC, within 10 minutes she responded with an exact number of what my rate would be. I am 100% sold on Team PMC, where she goes, I will go.
