I can’t imagine any possible better customer service than what Jeri provided. Every firm claimed to offer the best possible interest rate and lowest closing costs, and that it would be a waste of my time to seek-out other lending companies. As I was preparing to commit to one particular company, I had the good fortune of meeting Jeri, and within 24-hours she provided me an estimate identifying how PMC could save me $35k over the life of the loan. Her offer included a better interest rate with no expectation to buy-down points and had the lowest closing costs of any of the competition. In terms of customer service, Jeri was fully committed to designing the best possible offer. While I was on Christmas vacation with family and Jeri was traveling cross country, we continued to communicate. In February 2019 I closed on a great loan. In October, I was eligible for a Streamline Refinance (VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan a.k.a. IRRRL) at a lower rate. Once more, several lending agencies competed for my business… but again, Jeri presented a far better loan, lowing my interest rate by a full 1% and offering the lowest closing cost. The IRRRL enabled me to lower my monthly mortgage by $335… a savings of $4,020 per year and $120,600 over the life of the loan. Jeri earned our business as well as our future business.
