From start to finish the daunting refinance experience was NOT daunting with Team PMC who made it a timely, smooth and efficient process. This eased my apprehension after getting 2 other quotes that did not compare with the quality and professionalism I received from Team PMC. I usually do not judge someone by what they say but by what they do and Team PMC came through with everything he said he would do. He laid out the process for me and stated he would be communicating on a frequent basis and he delivered. If I phoned the office and received a voicemail he would return my call as soon as he was able and if I emailed then someone from the team would respond right away. This was definitely a positive experience to put my trust in Team PMC to handle my large mortgage, provide me with a low interest rate and allow me to benefit from cash out to cover other bills!!
