In this crazy market, Zach was great at laying out and explaining our different options for financing. We found a house we thought would be just out of reach but he was able to help us buy down our rate and make it all possible. The house hunting process was long and arduous but Zach was very patient and helped us make methodical decisions. Couldn’t have asked for a better lender.

Zach Salzman is a fantastic Mortgage Broker and helped me to get the best deal out there. Zach was able to knock off almost a whole percent off of our interest rate saving myself hundreds on my mortgage. He is very knowledgeable on all of the plans and programs from VA loans. I will definitely come back to Zach for anymore of my mortgage needs and recommend him to all of my family and friends.

My husband and I found ourselves in an unfamiliar situation where we needed to pay off some credit card debt and get on track with our finances. My brother and sister in law referred us to Team PMC, as they had gone through a similar life experience and had nothing but good things to say. We worked with Zach Salzman in regards to a VA loan. Zach is very personable, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us through the entire process of our loan and paying off our debt. He was in constant contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on and was always available for questions.
