Team PMC is THE MAN!!! Down to earth, he’s in your corner, he’s REAL, pulls no punches and tells it like it is. I actually called Team PMC a few months before refinancing due to a flyer I received. I asked a few basic questions, including about the competition and their rates which seemed better. I actually spoke to Team PMC at that time and, of course, he told it like it was, explaining why the better rates actually weren’t better, especially with a VA loan refinance. A few months later, I was back on the phone with him. I just really appreciated the honest information he gave me, it stuck with me! All I can do is recommend spending some time talking with him. You might as well get as much information from him – and other sources – before taking the very serious plunge of financing/refinancing. Even if you don’t use Team PMC, I promise you that you won’t regret speaking and learning from them. Team PMC was in constant communication with me throughout the loan process, I never felt pressured or concerned if I was making the right decision. Do it right, at least give a call to Team PMC, he’ll talk to you – I had other’s that wouldn’t give me the time of day because they seemed to want me to commit before giving out any information which automatically tells me I DON’T want to give them my business!

Team PMC Saved us from another lender that was going to get more in closing costs than we were going to get from a re-fi cash out! She handled our loan, Took care of everything and save us 3-4K on our loan. I had saved her card from a couple years ago, I am sure glad I called her. SHE IS THE ONLY LENDER I WILL TRUST FROM NOW ON!!! I will not even bother to shop around, she is my go to Finance Lady!

I highly recommend using Team PMC to meet your need concerning your home loan. She is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to helping you make the best decision concerning your loan. We have had numerous home loans / refinances over the past 25 years and dealing with Team PMC Capitol was by far the best and easiest experience. Team PMC and Team PMC are amazing! They made the entire process of refinancing a piece of cake and with a VA Refi, that isn’t the easiest task but they made it seem that way! They were always available to answer any questions and even assisted with locating a certified termite inspector that wasn’t going to charge us an arm and a leg for their services.
