All I can say is WOW. Spoke to Bill after hours on a Friday, did the paperwork over the phone. Faxed him the items needed on Monday, on Wednesday we had a loan ready to close and the following Monday we closed. That’s about a week from call to close. And I dropped my rate about 3%. Amazing. Will always work with Bill.
