From the very beginning, Paul was completely honest and transparent on everything we went over. At one point, he assured me that if it wasn’t the right time to refinance, he would let me know. He was always prompt with his responses, whether it was through email, phone call, or text. He answered all my questions and he was relentless on getting the answers when it was not so clear. We hit a few bumps on the way, but that was out of his control. The different notary companies we tried to use were just not getting it right. Even when the notary companies blamed their mistakes on Paul, he remained professional and focused on the solution instead of playing the blame game. We worked together with Jeri Groves, who was very honest with us right from the beginning. She laid-out the numbers for us, and informed us that we would not be able to get everything we want, while other companies did not gave us that caveat. After already starting the process with another company, they al of a sudden reveled, what Jeri had already told us right from the beginning. We ended up doing business with Jeri, who actually ended up getting us a better deal than the other company we had already started with.
