Home Point wasn’t happy in losing the loan and tried to get us to stay with them. But their business wasn’t up to the task so we moved forward. They said they would match, then sent docs reflecting 3.8% instead. A much higher rate than you gave us. Integrity and honesty wins every time!

I have only good things to say about my experience with Team PMC LLC, specifically Mike Berg, my AZPMC loan officer. Truth be told, I didn’t expect PMC to be able to help me because I had only purchased my new home only a few short months prior. Mike encouraged me to give him a chance and he came through BIG TIME. I was unexpectedly surprised to hear that he could definitely lower my interest rate and save me money on my monthly mortgage payments. This is the 3rd home I have purchased through Jeri. It doesn’t matter who my friends recommend to me, she always beats their rates. Jeri sends me text alerts, emails, and stays on top of everything. She explains the “why ” behind certain things which I like. On my 2nd home, I asked another lender what my rate would be if I locked it in. He took 2 days to respond and said it would be between (x and y). I text Jeri, within 10 minutes she responded with an exact number of what my rate would be. My current bank tried to refinance my home, promised me a “great deal” that they couldn’t close on. Bill got my loan done with ease and no issues. Even after the bank said the VA wouldn’t do my loan.
