We recently closed on a VA Re-fi with Team PMC. This process went much smother than we ever could have imagined it would. Even though we were dealing with all of the difficulties of Covid 19, including less people at work, and stay-at-home orders, etc. Team PMC kept in touch and answered our phone and email messages quicker than anyone else ever has. I was moving along with my refinance with a lender that I thought got me a really good rate, until i recieved a much better offer from Team PMC. At first i was skeptical with the rate they were offering me because i have been bombarded with calls from other lenders that didnt pull through with what Team PMC offered me. But i decided to give them a try and boy, was i ever so glad i did!! Not only did Team PMC give me the best rate but Team PMC and his team were very helpful by explaining the process and a day before closing went over the documents line by line and made it easy to understand!! If you have a lender already and have a rate by all means give Team PMC a call!! There was no pressuring and were very up front with everything!! I can’t imagine any possible better customer service than what Jeri provided. She earned my trust and full appreciation and I recommend to anyone looking to finance their home to first seek-out Ms. Jeri Groves. 18-months ago, several financial organizations were competing to secure my business to refinance our home. Every firm claimed to offer the best possible interest rate and lowest closing costs, and that it would be a waste of my time to seek-out other lending companies. As I was preparing to commit to one particular company, I had the good fortune of meeting Jeri, and within 24-hours she provided me an estimate identifying how PMC could save me $35k over the life of the loan. Her offer included a better interest rate with no expectation to buy-down points and had the lowest closing costs of any of the competition. In terms of customer service, Jeri was fully committed to designing the best possible offer. While I was on Christmas vacation with family and Jeri was traveling cross country, we continued to communicate. In February 2019 I closed on a great loan. In October, I was eligible for a Streamline Refinance (VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan a.k.a. IRRRL) at a lower rate. Once more, several lending agencies competed for my business… but again, Jeri presented a far better loan, lowing my interest rate by a full 1% and offering the lowest closing cost. I have to say I have done a few re-fis and Team PMC definitely made the process easily and fluid. Even when there were small issues, he would jump in to save the day. He was really good at keeping us (my wife and I) informed of the progress and where we were in the process. If I ever need to do a re-fi he will be the first person I call.

Team PMC and his team are awesome. It was our first purchase where we went through a brokerage-style process for the lending, but it was an excellent experience. Team PMC took the time to really get to know us and our situation, got us an AMAZING rate (and money back at closing!) and really went above and beyond to get us to close. While there were some setbacks with a back-to-back VA close and a shift in the kind of underwriting because of a low appraisal (neither of which are Team PMC’s fault, of course), they were excellent advocates for us. Team PMC is knowledgeable, straightforward, no-nonsense, and helpful. We’d go with Team PMC again in a heartbeat.
