When I kept getting advertisement about interest rates being at an all-time low, I naturally contacted the only person I trust to be honest with me. Team PMC quickly ran numbers and encouraged us to take advantage of the low rates. We are so happy we did !! This is my second refinance with Team PMC, and like before the entire process was quick and easy. The notary was friendly, professional and conducted the signing in a very safe manner using the protocols we expect during these times. We will continue to recommend Team PMC and her company…without hesitation !!

I can’t recommend Team PMC highly enough. When interest rates dropped so low, we knew we had to re-fi our mortgage. We ran into some issues because we had just taken out a 2nd loan due to a remodel, and the company that owned the 2nd loan seemed to be doing everything in their power to throw monkey wrenches into our process. Team PMC worked tirelessly to get them on board, and then they sold the loan to another company that wasn’t any more helpful. It caused our loan process to drag out two months longer than it should have. Team PMC worked hard for us every step of the way and kept us informed as to what was going on. He fought for us, and in the end, he got us an even better loan with a better rate. We can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be a return customer. Thanks, Team PMC!

We recently closed on a VA Re-fi with Team PMC. This process went much smother than we ever could have imagined it would. Even though we were dealing with all of the difficulties of Covid 19, including less people at work, and stay-at-home orders, etc. Team PMC kept in touch and answered our phone and email messages quicker than anyone else ever has. We got a lower rate than we thought possible on a 30-year fixed mortgage and the process was exceptionally fast. Customer service was amazing.
