I really liked working with Team PMC because she was very honest with everything. She always explained everything to make sure my husband and I understood. Never rushed us. We r Seniors and I very safe and cared for. I appreciate her service and she was very professional. I have a lot of respect for Team PMC and I received respect from her. I am not an easy sale, particularly by telephone. I prefer direct face to face in person contact. Her kind and soothing voice coupled with her knowledge in Veteran home loans gave me what I needed to trust doing business with her and Team PMC. I also appreciated the team/family approach of doing business with Team PMC as well. Both Team PMC and Team PMC worked collectively as a team always allowing me full access to one of them throughout the process of my VA refinance. A great group of people you can trust. I first met Jeri Groves on the telephone in April or May 2020. The refinance advertisement I received seemed unbelievable. So I called Jeri, in part, to call her bluff! My non cash out refinance went through in July 2020. My interest rate was reduced.  The bluff I thought I was going to call her on; was not a bluff but a pleasant reality for me. Jeri delivered on her commitment and I consider her a woman of immense integrity. Based on my personal experiences Jeri is a businesswoman I recommend without reservation. So if you are of the same mind as I was, reread my review and thank you lucky stars because you called on one of the few brokers in the business that place your financial interests above her own. I know!!!

After having had a very bad experience with a refinance through another financial institution, I was hesitant to ever refinance again! But I desperately wanted to lower my interest rate also. Mr. was confident in assuring me that, if I refinanced a VA IRRL loan through his company, he could make this happen. I could tell immediately this man was, not only market and industry savy, but was also straight forward and honest at all times, and, most of all, that he had my best interests at heart. He was detail oriented in explaining my options throughout the whole process and was so helpful in responding to my many questions, while keeping me updated at all times. I was so impressed with his work ethic that I contacted him 7 months later to obtain another VA IRRL refinance loan for me. Having gained the utmost confidence in him, this time I did not have to ask so many questions! I would recommend him to anyone in the future. I am so thankful for what he has done for me!

It was a great experience working with Team PMC. She was knowledgeable and personable. Her weekly updates really helped. When I had a question or concern and on the rare occasion she didn’t answer the phone, Team PMC called back promptly and always had an answer to my question.

The notary was friendly, professional and conducted the signing in a very safe manner using the protocols we expect during these times.
