However and unexpectedly, he provided insight into our situation from his perspective. Going above and beyond what is typical these days, he did his level best to thoroughly explain from an honest perspective, what my husband and I could expect from other lenders with regards to points, and interest rates, and why. Our refinance with Team PMC was the easiest ever. Team PMC and Team PMC were on their game EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I was kept up-to-date on everything. Although our refi was a little complicated, the entire process took about 3 weeks. If we ever need another mortgage I will not hesitate to contact Team PMC, they are THE BEST!

Team PMC went above and beyond…again. Through absolutely no fault of his, we seem to have the worst luck, meaning hiccups happening, when we re-finance. Last year, it was due to our 2nd mortgage being sold during our re-fi and both the old and new 2nd mortgage companies dragging their feet. Team PMC stuck with it then and stayed on those companies until we got it done. This year, we again had a mortgage sold during our re-fi process as well as the same uncooperative 2nd mortgage company, and Team PMC stayed on top of it to keep things moving. I can’t imagine trying to keep all of the parts working like he did in addition to always trying to get the best deal for us that he could. Team PMC will always be my first call for my mortgage business.
