My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Team PMC! As a real estate broker, I work with tons of lenders. I often advise my clients on whether or not to accept a contract based on who a lender is. It is that crucial. Team PMC exceeded all of our expectations from day one mainly from excellent communication throughout the process and just plain honesty in what would work best for our situation. It is really that simple and rare! Team PMC was extremely thorough in explaining the loan and didn’t rush to get off the phone to get to the next person (lenders are slammed right now). A little over nine months ago I was searching to refinance my home to take advantage of the low rates back then. Believe me, I’ve searched and I thought I had found the lowest rates but a day before I was going to make my decision I received a call from AZPMC. I told them that I have contacted many places and had made my mind up on who I was going to go with for the refinancing. They asked me to give them a chance. I was a little skeptical but I really had nothing to lose so I said yes. And I was go glad I did because they gave me a rate that was much lower then the one I was actually going to go with!!
