How are we doing?

Our refinance with Team PMC was the easiest ever. Team PMC and Team PMC were on their game EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I was kept up-to-date on everything. Although our refi was a little complicated, the entire process took about 3 weeks. If we ever need another mortgage I will not hesitate to contact Team PMC, they are THE BEST!

Team PMC went above and beyond…again. Through absolutely no fault of his, we seem to have the worst luck, meaning hiccups happening, when we re-finance. Last year, it was due to our 2nd mortgage being sold during our re-fi and both the old and new 2nd mortgage companies dragging their feet. Team PMC stuck with it then and stayed on those companies until we got it done. This year, we again had a mortgage sold during our re-fi process as well as the same uncooperative 2nd mortgage company, and Team PMC stayed on top of it to keep things moving. I can’t imagine trying to keep all of the parts working like he did in addition to always trying to get the best deal for us that he could. Team PMC will always be my first call for my mortgage business.

We had a fantastic experience refinancing with Jeri Groves, our specialist at Team PMC. It was the easiest transaction we have gone through. Things could not have gone smoother or more quickly. This is our second time working with Jeri to refinance our home and it won’t be our last. She is a true professional!

I have worked with her on three occasions and each time I am very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and thoughtfulness.. She has guided me through the process on my refinances, answered all my questions, and kept me informed on each step which makes the whole thing fast and efficient.. She is truly a wonderful person to work with and goes above and beyond to the extraordinary!

Team PMC was excellent. We didn’t want to start over with a 30 year mortgage, and he worked with us to find the terms we wanted. What makes his customer service even greater was that he came back and recommended that I stay with with my current mortgage company because I would get the best deal for my unusual circumstances, and that I should contact him if I had issues. That impressed me because he truly looks out for the best interest of his customers. You don’t see a lot of that.

Jeri Groves was exceptional in all aspects of our recent transaction. She followed up on every detail with precision and professional behavior. It was refreshing to have this level of interaction and to know that we could trust everything that was happening during the process!

We have had four separate occasions to use Team PMC Moutain, and Jeri is the only person we trust with our mortgage needs. She is exponentially more knowledgeable than any we have ever used in the past. I have to say, our refinancing with Team PMC was a great experience. Team PMC, Team PMC and the rest if the staff were all great in keeping us inform and updated throughout the entire process. They took all the time needed to explain everything, answer questions and keep me on track. We experience a bit if a hiccup right before closing. A small but of miscommunication, possibly on my part, but Team PMC immediately took ownership, got it fixed and we proceeded with only a 2 day extension. I understand in a detailed process like home refinancing, things can happen and all of my past home financing and refinancing, they did. What made this remarkable was Team PMC’s immediate response to correct it, even take complete responsibility, even though I was partly at fault for not following directions. That was amazing. Beyond doubt, I recommend their services to anyone who wants someone in their corner when it comes to home purchases or refinancing, especially veterans. PMC is more than capable for getting it done and are true to their word every step of the way.

Everything went very smoothly with the loan officers Team PMC and his wife Team PMC until the Title Company got involved. Probably because the Title Company was overwhelmed because of the low-interest rates and the Covid-19. The Title Company had made some very big mistakes, and thanks to Team PMC and his wife and their due diligence, it was all straightened out. Team PMC kept me informed daily on the progress. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get refinanced. At first I was hesitant but fortunately we got Jeri on the phone and she eased any fears I had.
