I have to say, our refinancing with Team PMC was a great experience. Team PMC, Team PMC and the rest if the staff were all great in keeping us inform and updated throughout the entire process. They took all the time needed to explain everything, answer questions and keep me on track. We experience a bit if a hiccup right before closing. A small but of miscommunication, possibly on my part, but Team PMC immediately took ownership, got it fixed and we proceeded with only a 2 day extension. I understand in a detailed process like home refinancing, things can happen and all of my past home financing and refinancing, they did. What made this remarkable was Team PMC’s immediate response to correct it, even take complete responsibility, even though I was partly at fault for not following directions. That was amazing. Beyond doubt, I recommend their services to anyone who wants someone in their corner when it comes to home purchases or refinancing, especially veterans. PMC is more than capable for getting it done and are true to their word every step of the way.

Everything went very smoothly with the loan officers Team PMC and his wife Team PMC until the Title Company got involved. Probably because the Title Company was overwhelmed because of the low-interest rates and the Covid-19. The Title Company had made some very big mistakes, and thanks to Team PMC and his wife and their due diligence, it was all straightened out. Team PMC kept me informed daily on the progress. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get refinanced. A little over nine months ago I was searching to refinance my home to take advantage of the low rates back then. Believe me, I’ve searched and I thought I had found the lowest rates but a day before I was going to make my decision I received a call from AZPMC.
